Refund policy

LOLLY & CO. POLICIES

 

PAYMENT:

All orders require payment information before order is filled and shipped. All payment options are listed when you reach the checkout section of your cart.

 SHIPPING:

All in stock orders will be shipped USPS or UPS with 5-10 business day or receiving order. If you have placed a preorder or wish to have your order shipped and charged at a later date you will need to specify when you want your order to ship in the comments on your initial order.

CANCELLATION:

Orders can only be cancelled by Buyer if done within 24 hours of placing the order. In the event we are not able to fulfill an order you will be notified with 24-48 hours and your funds authorization will be cancelled.

 RETURNS:

No returns will be accepted with out prior authorization and receiving a return authorization number. We will only accept returns for damaged items that have been given authorization to return.  You will need to send an email to lollyandco2024@gmail.com regarding this matter and include invoice number and pictures of the damaged item.  All requests for returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn and have original tags still attached. At our discretion and inventory we will either replace any damaged merchandise or shortages or issue you a merchandise credit.

 

REFUNDS/MERCHANDISE CREDITS:

 

We do not refund any funds for merchandise returns.  You will receive a replacement or merchandise credit on future orders.
